How do I clear the browser cache in Safari

Similar to your PCs DNS cache, your internet browser keeps a cache of DNS records so that it can more efficiently find and load a website which has already been visited.  a website has recently been moved to a different server, you might see the old website for a while when you try to visit it.

Flushing your browsers DNS cache can help to load the most up-to-date version of the website. Please see the following steps to flush Safaris browser cache:

  1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen

  2. In the menu that appears, click Preferences

  3. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab

  4. Click the button Remove All Website Data

  5. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears

If you require further information/assistance on this, please Open a Ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
