Similar to your PCs DNS cache, your internet browser keeps a cache of DNS records so that it can more efficiently find and load a website which has already been visited. If a website has recently been moved to a different server, you might see the old website for a while when you try to visit it.
Flushing your browsers DNS cache can help to load the most up-to-date version of the website. Please see the following steps to flush Chromes browser cache:
- Click the three horizontal dots in the top right
- Click History
- In the pop-out menu, click History
- Click clear browsing data in the left sidebar
- Choose the time range
- Be sure that Cache and Cookies are ticked
- Click Clear Data
