How do I clear the browser cache in Google Chrome

Similar to your PCs DNS cache, your internet browser keeps a cache of DNS records so that it can more efficiently find and load a website which has already been visited. If a website has recently been moved to a different server, you might see the old website for a while when you try to visit it.

Flushing your browsers DNS cache can help to load the most up-to-date version of the website. Please see the following steps to flush Chromes browser cache:

  1. Click the three horizontal dots in the top right
  2. Click History
  3. In the pop-out menu, click History
  4. Click clear browsing data in the left sidebar
  5. Choose the time range
  6. Be sure that Cache and Cookies are ticked
  7. Click Clear Data
