I have successfully made the payment, so why is my server still pending?

Please note that VPS servers sometimes are not provisioned automatically and need to be reviewed by our team. There can be several factors:

  • No space and need to configure new node.
  • No IP address available
  • The customer must be reviewed before allowed to use the server
  • The customer ordered more than one IP. In this case, a manual adjustment should be done.

Please open a ticket to find out more information, but be sure that we know about new order and already working on it to deliver your service ASAP!
